• If guest books a larger suite, upgrades are not possible, as there are no larger rooms to upgrade.

• Deposit is fully prepaid at time of booking.

• Full room tax, resort charge, and additional person costs must be collected on the free nights.
• A stay is defined as one or more consecutive nights paying a qualifying rate that are spent in the same hotel regardless of the number of check-in or check-outs that occur.
