Private Transfer to The Westin Europa & Regina, Venice

The Westin Europa & Regina, Venice is happy to arrange private transfers from Treviso Airport to the hotel. Private transfers are available all hours of the day and require an advance booking of minimum 48 hours with the The Westin Europa & Regina, Venice Concierge desk. The following rates apply for a one-way transfer between 7.30am and 8.30pm:

• Euro 240,00 for 1-3 persons
• Euro 295,00 for 4-6 persons

A fixed supplement of 20% on the above rates applies betwen 8.30 pm and 7.30am.

Charges include personal greeting outside the baggage claim area, pre-arranged car (1-3 persons) or mini-bus (4-6 persons) and driver to Venice Piazzale Roma, and pre-arranged water taxi to The Westin Europa & Regina, Venice. Total travel time to The Westin Europa & Regina, Venice is approximately 70 minutes and transfer charges will be posted directly to Guest hotel bills. Complete flight details are required to arrange this service. Upon request, special arrangements may be made for Guests confined to wheelchairs.

In case of delays exceeding 60 minutes this service may not be able to be guaranteed in its entirety. Should you experience flight delays we recommend immediately contacting The Westin Europa & Regina, Venice Concierge in order to postpone the transfer.

Private Transfer Cancellation Policy: in order to avoid 100% cancellation fee, transfer cancellation requests must be received by the hotel Concierge by 6pm local Venice time one day prior to scheduled arrival.

Taxis are available 24 hours a day and may be found in front of the passenger terminal.
Taxi fares are payable in cash to the taxi driver.

Eurobus Service to Venice Piazzale Roma
A Eurobus service run by ATVO is available in conjunction with the arrivals of Ryanair and Transavia  flights. No advance bookings are required. Tickets may be purchased from the ATVO office or from the Currency Exchange office both located in the arrivals lounge. A single fare ticket to Venice Piazzale Roma is Euro 6,50 to be paid in cash. The Eurobus departs from the bus terminal in front of the departures area. Travelling time is 45 minutes.

Private Hostess Assisted Transfers

The Westin Europa & Regina, Venice is happy to arrange private hostess assisted transfers from Venice Marco Polo Airport to the hotel. Private hostess assisted transfers are available all hours of the day and require an advance booking of minimum 48 hours with The Westin Europa & Regina Concierge desk.  The following rates apply for a one way transfer between 7.30am and 8.30pm:

• Euro 170,00 for 1-2 persons
• Euro 185,00 for 3-4 persons
• Euro 200,00 for 5-6 persons

A fixed supplement of 20% on the above rates applies betwen 8.30 pm and 7.30am.

Upon request, specially equipped motor launches can be arranged for Guests confined to wheelchairs.

Water Taxi Service
Water taxis are available 24 hours a day and do not require advance bookings. They may be arranged directly upon arrival by contacting the Taxi Desk "Consorzio Venezia Motoscafi",  located at the extreme left of the airport arrivals hall.
A one way water taxi fare from the airport to The Westin Europa & Regina, Venice is approximately Euro 90,00 for up to 4 persons, dependent upon luggage.  Taxi fares are payable in cash only to the water taxi drivers and may not be charged to Guest hotel bills. The water taxi station is to be found at the airport pier, a 5 minute walk (800 metres)  from the arrivals hall.

Car Taxi Service to Piazzale Roma in Venice
Car taxis are available 24 hours a day and may be found in front of the passenger terminal arrivals halls. Travelling time to Piazzale Roma in Venice is approximately 15 minutes. Taxi fares are payable in cash to the taxi driver.

Public Transportation to St. Mark's Square
A public boat service run by Alilaguna is available on regular basis from the airport pier to St. Mark's Square (boat stop San Marco - Calle Vallaresso). Tickets are Euro 12,00 per person and may be purchased, cash only, from the Alilaguna desk in the airport arrivals hall. Travel time is approximately 90 minutes. The Westin Europa & Regina, Venice is a four minute walk from the San Marco stop.  Directions: follow Calle Vallaresso to Calle XXII Marzo, turn left on Calle XXII Marzo and continue straight on until you come to Campo S. Moisé and a bridge. Cross the bridge and turn immediately left continuing on under the archway and following the small streets around to Corte Barozzi where the main street entrance to The Westin Europa & Regina, Venice is located.

ATVO Bus Service to Venice Piazzale Roma
A bus service run by ATVO is available on a regular basis departing from the bus terminal in front of the airport arrivals hall. No advance bookings are required. Tickets may be purchased from the ATVO office located in the arrivals lounge. A single fare ticket to Venice Piazzale Roma is Euro 3,00 to be paid in cash. Travelling time is 20 minutes.

A one way water taxi fare from the railway station to The Westin Europa & Regina, Venice is approximately Euro 65,00 for up to 4 persons, dependent upon luggage.  Taxi fares are payable in cash to the water taxi drivers and may not be charged to Guest hotel bills.

Public Transportation
ACTV waterbuses (vaporettos) No. 1 and 2 run on a regular basis from the waterfront outside the Venice Santa Lucia railway station to the vaporetto stop St. Mark's Square (boat stop San Marco-Vallaresso). A single fare ticket valid for one hour from the time of validation is Euro 6,50 per person and may be purchased, cash only, from the ACTV ticket office on the waterfront outside the railway station. Travel time is approximately 40 minutes, depending on the boat line. The Westin Europa & Regina, Venice is a four minute walk from the San Marco stop.

Directions: follow Calle Vallaresso to Calle XXII Marzo, turn left on Calle XXII Marzo and continue straight on until you come to Campo S. Moisé and a bridge.
